Agricultural Engineer specialising in Rural Engineering from the University of Córdoba. Currently, Technical Advisor of the Natural and Forest Resources Area of IFAPA, since 2021, coordinating the execution of the INDALO project to create a digital scientific infrastructure for monitoring. Coordinator of technical studies of the Agrarian Prospective Unit at the Public Company for Agrarian and Fisheries Development of Andalusia between 2000 and 2007, carrying out numerous prospective studies on different aspects and topics (agrarian economy, sociology, agrarian policy, rural development, environment, quality systems, etc.). Head of the Environmental Prospective Cabinet of the Ministry of the Environment of the Government of Andalusia, responsible for the coordination of international projects and R&D activities related to the environment, between 2008 and 2010. Head of Information and Environmental Assessment of the Ministry of the Environment, between 2010 and 2017, coordinator of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network, participating in numerous research and international cooperation projects related to the production and management of environmental information.
